There are two possible issues here:
1) The e-books are kept in a
compressed zip folder. This is to
ensure that you need lesser time to
download.
You will need to have an unzipping
utility to unzip the file. Most
computers already have it installed
but if you don't have it, please go
to http://www.7-zip.org to download one for
free.
If
the above still cannot resolve your
problem, chances are, the files may
be corrupted during the download
process. Post a ticket here to get a
fresh download link again, and
re-download the corrupted files
again.

Can I have the e-book in hardcopy
format?

No,
we have not arrange with
any publisher to have the e-book
printed.
You can however, download the
e-book, and get it printed through a
color printer.

do get people who supplied incorrect
or invalid email addresses, as shown
in our subscription record. And
without a correct and valid email
address, you will not be able to get
the free download.
2) After you have signed up,
you'll receive an email with the
subject "Your Confirmation Needed!",
which ask you to confirm your
subscription. Please click the link
in that email in order to verify
your email.
This
step is necessary because it is set
to protect you, and your email from
been abuse. We do not spam anyone
who did not request for the
download.
Once
you've have click the verification
link, you'll be re-direct to a download
page.
